Ману гэдэг энэ залуу цагаан хоолтон байсан. Цүнхнээсээ күс-күс (couscous) будаа гаргаж ирж, шар будаа шиг жижигхэн цагаан өнгөтэй будааг халуун усанд хийгээд 2-3 мин байлгаад иддэг болохыг анх харуулж байсан.
couscous гэж юу болохыг хайж үзэхэд энэ нь будаа биш, харин буталж жижиглэсэн улаан буудай гэж орчуулж уншсан.
Ману бидэнд шарах шүүгээндээ дан сонгиноор пицца хийхийг зааж өгсөн байдаг.

A very welcoming family, quite amazing, its good to play with the kids and feel at home in the gir. A unique Mongolian experience ! Begz is very enthusiastic about CS and tries hard to make the stay of his CSers nicer and even hire us to fetch some info for next Csers and write it down in his CS book. His wife is extremely nice and his children lovely and they all speak some english :)

I think, my French surfer Mr. Manu is helpful, interesting and with more hidden energetic guy. And other one, French surfer Mr. Simon is free and strong guy.

De très bon moment passe en sa compagnie et celle de sa famille...
Souriant rieur et blagueur notre séjour là-bas a été vraiment enrichissant culturelement et humainement parlant...
Cette vie en yourte a été pour moi un rêve assouvit et je l'en remercie du fond du coeur...

Our French surfer Mr. Simon is nice, friendly and strong guy. Next real examples confirm my this words.
- My wife said about him, "he played with our children very friendly".
- And my daugther Gaadmaa asked about him, "Where is Simon?", when you went for shower.
- He friendly asked from me, "I want to help you to bring vegetables for your cows"

Here I am in my dream, a great warm welcoming some smiles and lots of love. It is magnificent. I am happy and I fall good. I’m probably add something more in this book before I leave if I found some interesting information for your guys the next couch surfers.
